We treat everyone with respect: Traditional Owners and communities, clients, regulators and our own team.

We look for practical answers to hard problems, using tools such as drone survey, GIS and remote sensing where they make the work better.
How we work.
We work across heritage, environment and planning, for clients that range from Aboriginal Corporations and Traditional Owners to developers, miners and government. This code sets out what every one of them can expect from us.
We work with integrity
We give honest, independent advice. We do not compromise the accuracy of our assessments or the quality of our reports to serve a commercial outcome. Our advice is only useful to clients if it is credible.
We respect Country and culture
We acknowledge the deep connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples hold with their Country, and we carry out heritage and environmental work with the respect and cultural awareness that connection calls for. We work alongside Aboriginal communities, protect culturally sensitive information and support Traditional Owners in exercising their rights.
We protect the environment
We set out to understand the ecological values at stake, not just to meet the minimum the regulations require. Our advice balances development with long-term environmental responsibility.
We deliver what we promise
We set realistic timeframes, tell clients early when circumstances change and take responsibility for the quality of our work. We do not overpromise.
We operate safely
No outcome, commercial pressure or deadline justifies compromising the safety of our people, our clients or the communities we work in. The same safety procedures apply across all three divisions, in town and in remote areas.

Heritage
Our heritage team works in accordance with the professional standards of the Australian Association of Consulting Archaeologists Inc. (AACAI) and Australia ICOMOS.
Environment
Our environmental team are members of The Environmental Consultants Association (WA) Inc. (ECA), which represents commercial environmental consultants throughout Western Australia.
Planning
Our town planner is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA), the national body for the planning profession, and works to its Code of Conduct.
